Order processing
Orders typically ship on the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take 3–5 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be sent using the contact details supplied at checkout.
Shipping time begins after order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Continental United States
Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Canada
Canadian orders generally take 3–5 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
PO boxes and rural addresses
Some deliveries may be transferred between carriers, which can add time to the journey.
Shipping costs & duties
Shipping charges depend on the destination and the size of the order. The available service and final cost are shown during checkout.
- Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local fees.
- These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
- The official Cervélo small-parts store currently ships within the United States and Canada.
Damaged or missing delivery
Inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item was damaged during shipping, keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Eligible damaged items may receive a prepaid return label and an expedited replacement.
