Coverage

For products purchased on or after September 1, 2025, Cervélo provides the original owner with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the bicycle frame. Paint and decals are excluded.

Cervélo forks, carbon handlebars, stems, and seatposts purchased on or after September 1, 2025 also carry limited lifetime coverage for the original owner, excluding paint and decals.

Older products

Frames purchased from January 1, 2004 through August 31, 2025 are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the frame, excluding paint and decals. Frames purchased before January 1, 2004 carried a four-year limited warranty. Non-frame products purchased before September 1, 2025 are excluded.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, labor costs, paint, decals, finishes, or cosmetic features.
• Damage caused by improper assembly, repair, or maintenance.
• Accident, crash, impact, misuse, abuse, neglect, or commercial use.
• Modifications or incompatible parts and accessories.
• Third-party components not manufactured by Cervélo.
• Products bought from a seller other than an Authorized Cervélo Dealer.
• Secondhand products purchased before September 1, 2025.

For a non-warranty incident involving an eligible product purchased after September 1, 2025, reduced-cost no-fault replacement parts may be available to the original owner.

Make a warranty claim

1. Take the bicycle, frame, or covered component to a local Authorized Cervélo Dealer.
2. Bring the original proof of purchase showing original ownership.
3. The dealer will inspect the product and submit the request to Cervélo’s Warranty Team.

Cervélo determines whether an eligible product will be repaired or replaced. Discontinued replacement products may not be available.
